Modern Slavery Statement 2019
In accordance of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, this statement sets out the steps 2 Moto Ltd will take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its businesses and supply chains.
The principal activities of 2 Moto Ltd is as a retailer of motorcycles with 12 retail outlets. It is also an importer of motorcycles of various manufacturers, and has numerous retail dealers it supplies with those motorcycles.
This is the first statement of the group. We have a zero tolerance of any form of modern slavery and do not allow any of our businesses to use slavery or human trafficking of any kind. This year we will undertake to contact all of our first tier suppliers to ascertain whether they are in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act. An action plan will be developed to assess and monitor the results of these undertakings.

This statement has been approved by the Directors of the Company, who will review and update on an annual basis.
